1.) Install IDM (idman621build10.exe)
2.) Copy IDMPatch_v0.3a.exe to IDM directory, default - C:\Program files\Internet Download manager\
3.) Run IDMPatch_v0.3a.exe (Make sure no IDM running, see your tray)
